Ability to demonstrate sound conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills….
I wrote my stories under each question, but I need you to write them formally so that I can put them in my application. I am applying for the new graduate nurse program. If you need any more information please contact me. Thanks.
1. Ability to demonstrate sound conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills.
During my course, I had a group project which was one of my assignments. There were 4 members in our group including me. The project involved choosing one disease and creating our own scenario, followed by identifying nursing cares. Our team members wanted to receive good feedback, so we decided to meet at least 3 days a week to discuss details. However, one of our group members consistently missed meetings, leading to complaints from the other members who wanted to remove her from our group. I believed that teamwork was essential for our project, so I reached out to the member who was absent. I discovered that she was unable to attend meetings due to her work commitments. I suggested that after each group meeting, we upload the outcomes of our discussions on a Google document, allowing her to contribute her opinions after work. Thankfully, all members agreed with my suggestion, and we successfully completed the group project. From this experience, I learned that effective communication and collaborative problem-solving are key to managing conflicts.
2. Commitment to personal and professional development.

Assume that a charity hired you to improve their results on donations. You decide to mail letters asking for donations. You use three different types of letters: A. Control—standard letter asking for money. B. “Once and Done”—standard letter but with a statement at the front noting that: “Make one gift now and we’ll never ask for another donation again!” C. Soft “Once and Done”—an upfront statement of: “It only takes one gift to save a child’s life forever.” The results are as follows: Letter B (“Once and Done”) raises much more money than Letter A (Control): In most cases, at least double. Letter C (Soft “Once and Done”) raises more money than Letter A. Letter B raises about 50% more money that Letter C. Of the concepts we have discussed in the chapter—social pressure, altruism, and herding—which do you think is most responsible for the success of treatment B?

Eric Keetch offered an interesting anecdote in the Financial Times (August 12, 2009): In a sleepy European holiday resort town in a depressed economy and therefore no visitors, there is great excitement when a wealthy Russian guest appears in the local hotel reception, announces that he intends to stay for an extended period and places a €100 note on the counter as surety while he demands to be shown the available rooms. While he is being shown the room, the hotelier takes the €100 note round to his butcher, who is pressing for payment. The butcher in turn pays his wholesaler who, in turn, pays his farmer supplier. The farmer takes the note round to his favorite “good time girl” to whom he owes €100 for services rendered. She, in turn, rushes round to the hotel to settle her bill for rooms provided on credit. In the meantime, the Russian returns to the lobby, announces that no rooms are satisfactory, takes back his €100 note and leaves, never to be seen again. No new money has been introduced into the local economy, but everyone’s debts have been settled. What’s going on here? In the end, no new money was introduced into the town, but all debts were paid. Is the money multiplier infinite? How do you explain what has happened? Did local GDP increase as a result of all debts being paid?

What type of interview question might be most suitable for your interview with Harry? Why is this type most appropriate? How will your choice of question type affect the amount of time you spend in preparation for interviewing Harry? Write 5 to 10 questions of this type. What other techniques might you use to supplement information unavailable through that type of question? Write a paragraph to explain. Strongbodies, a large, local chain of sports clubs, has experienced phenomenal growth in the past five years. Management would like to refine its decision-making process for purchasing new bodybuilding equipment. Currently, managers listen to customers, attend trade shows, look at advertisements, and put in requests for new equipment purchases based on their subjective perceptions. These are then approved or denied by Harry Mussels.

In 250 words, pick three technologies you use frequently today and compare them to their historical analogs (previous versions that accomplished a similar task). How do these comparisons connect to what Strasser is arguing about with the alien past? What can our usage of these “new” technologies tell us about the difference between then and now? Can you connect in last week’s discussion of affordances? NOTE: you will want to directly quote/connect to applicable readings.

3. if you are a religious person and are committed to a single tradition, what do you do with the fact that miracles are reported and revered in all religions, and that each miraculous complex witness to the truth of a different and quite contradictory set of doctrines? How do you practice fair comparison here?
2. what would happen to our religions if we understood religions doctrines as mediating “symbols” rather than as literal “dogmas”, that is if we came to terms with the role of the imagination in religion? What if we took to heart the Muslima mystic Junaid: “The color of the water is that of the vessel which contains it”?
