You create the main program called POSmain.java and two classes: ShoppingCart and CashRegister. Your POSmain program should take three file names from command line arguments. The first file contains a list of products and their prices; the second and third files are lists of items in two shopping carts of two customers. The POSmain program should first read the price file, then read each of the cart files to load a list of items in a shopping cart and store them in a ShoppingCart objects. The price file may contain a variable number of products and the cart files may contain a variable number of items. POSmain then will create a CashRegister object by passing the price list to it. The POSmain program then will use the CashRegister object to scan items in a cart and print a receipt for each shopping cart one by one. At last, POSmain will use the CashRegister object to print a report for the day.

Wendy’s International Inc. is the number three hamburger chain by sales, which trail only those of McDonald’s and Burger King. As of 2005, there were more than 6,500 Wendy’s restaurants worldwide, offering burgers and fries as well as alternative items such as baked potatoes, chilli, and salads. Whilst Wendy’s has continued to perform well, they are finding it extremely difficult to compete with their rival’s edgy marketing, such as McDonald’s “I’m lovin’ it” campaign. In order to survive the merciless fast-food industry, Wendy’s is conducting marketing research in order to improve service and brand orientation. Wendy’s is also considering further expansion in the United States.

The company has a very good management training program, and it is one of the fastest growing chains in the nation. If Alex does well managing his first store, there are a number of promising advancement opportunities in the company. After completing the store management training program, Alex met with Regina Hill, his area supervisor. She informed Alex that he would be taking charge of a medium-volume store ($250,000 in sales/week) in an upper-class neighborhood. This store had been operating without a store manager for the past six months. The store had also not made a profit in any of the monthly financial reports for the last year

    Instructions:
Follow the guidelines/requirements described below in the video, text, and/or images.
For this project you will be creating an application that allows a user to Create and View info about countries. Your app will consist of three(3)ViewControllers each with a specific task.
Each Country will be located on one of the 6 inhabited continents of Earth. So, for instance, if I wanted to create Germany in my application, Germany will be associated with the continent of Europe. Each country must belong to a continent.
You DO NOT have to fill in the information for every country on Earth. The user of your application will be filling in country data. You will provide them a way to do so which includes setting up 6 continents which will contain a list of countries. Each country will consist of a name and a population. All of your data must reside in one variable which will be a Dictionary of Continent Names for Keys. The values for this dictionary will be Dictionaries with country names for Keys and Country populations for Values. In simpler terms: A list of Continents contains lists of countries and their associated populations.
All of the population data displayed for continents and countries must be derived from data that the user has created. If I create Country A with a pop. of 10 and country B with a pop. of 20 both on the continent of Asia. Asia’s current total pop is 30. By default, the entire dictionary should be empty; the user of the application will populate all of the data.
    Part 1: Data Model
A data model should exist that describes all of the countries in the world as a series of dictionaries that exist within a larger dictionary of continents – a dictionary of dictionaries, if you will. “Data model” just refers to the way that you model your data; you don’t need a separate class or anything like that. It’s merely the way that data is handled in your application.
The data model can and should be empty by default
Only the relevant continent or country information should be passed forward and backwards from the various ViewControllers; there should be no need to pass the entire world dictionary to each view controller
The data model is NOT a separate file but rather exists within the existing ViewController(s)
    Part 2: First ViewController
A Button for each populated continent.
When tapped, takes the user to Second View Controller, to display info for the chosen Continent.
A Label to display the entire World’s number of countries and total population as a whole.
e.g. “There are X countries in the entire world, with a total population of Y people.”
This data is dynamically updated based on the current state of the dictionary at all times.
    Part 3: Second ViewController
A UILabel at the top with the name of the Selected Continent
Will display the selected Continent’s information in a UITextView:
Displays total number of countries and total population of the continent currently.
Name & population of each country associated with the continent.
e.g. “The United States has a population of 300000000 people.”
    Two navigational buttons
An “Add Country” Button that takes the user to Third View Controller
A “Go Back” Button that takes the user back to First View Controller
    Part 4: Third ViewController
UI necessary for creating a new country using input for:
    Country Name and Country Population
An “Add” Button that adds the current info to the current continent in the form of a new country.
After the new country has been added, the user is taken back to the Second View Controller to see the update to the selected Continent.
If one or both fields do not have valid data, the segue should be prevented and an appropriate alert displayed to the user about the error
There should be a “Cancel” or “Back” Button that segues back to the Second View Controller without attempting to add any new data to the Dictionary.
If the keyboard blocks the navigation buttons and cannot be dismissed, this will be evaluated as a crash in the application.

Wassmiah is a leader in a local hospital and works well in the environment. The hospital’s environment is characterized by well-defined individual roles where each employee knows what is expected of him or her. Employee conflicts are minimized as everyone understands his or her responsibility, and the coordination of all activities leads to goal attainment. There is no duplication of work. Wassmiah encourages people to perform well and rewards positive behavior to boost productivity. Most goals Wassmiah sets are short-term, making them easier to fulfill, less intimidating to achieve, and as a result, employees are interested in obtaining the various rewards. When a problem arises, Wassmiah directs the employees in what to do and is quick to point out if the employee does not deliver results. Wassmiah suspects that employees are not working when there is no supervision however. What style of leadership is most likely described in the case and why have you reached that conclusion? What are the advantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the disadvantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the implications for employee motivation with this type of leadership? What other styles of leadership might be complementary to that described in the case and why? Directions: • Write an essay that includes an introduction paragraph, the essay’s body, and a conclusion paragraph to address the assignment’s guide questions. Do not address the questions using a question and answer format. Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements: • Be three to five pages in length, which does not include the title page, abstract or required reference page, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements. • Use Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines. • Support your submission with course material concepts, principles and theories from the textbook and at least two current, scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles. Current articles are those published in the most recent 5 years. • It is strongly encouraged that you submit all assignments to the Turnitin Originality Check prior to submitting it to your instructor for grading. If you are unsure how to submit an assignment to the Originality Check tool, review the Turnitin Originality Check – Student Guide for step-by-step instructions. • In advance of submission, review the grading rubric to see how you will be graded for this assignment.
