Assessment 3 is an individual task that involves the completion of a reflective paper.
This assessment requires you to look back on your learning and experiences in this course and provide a reflection of what you learned from the course and how you have both used and will use this learning in the future. A reflection paper is a personal, sometimes anecdotal or experiential reaction to a subject, but you would include citations as in any other paper. If you refer to a work or use ideas from a work, then cite them in text and include a reference list at the end.

According to HealthyPeople.gov, it states “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that there are approximately 20 million new STD infections each year—almost half of them among young people ages 15 to 24.” (HealthyPeople, 2020) Young adults and adolescents are affected at a disproportionate rate by sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The CDC also states that “Chlamydia is the most commonly reported STD in the United States.” (CDC, 2021) This led me to my infectious disease of choice, Chlamydia Trachomatis. The problem that I plan to address is the rate of Chlamydia Trachomatis infections on college campuses. Being that the 15-24 age group is the mainly affected group I chose for college campuses to be the focus point of my research. An article titled The state of sexual health services at U.S. Colleges and Universities states “Young adulthood is the peak age group for many risk behaviors, including binge drinking, multiple sex partners, unprotected sex, and unintended pregnancy. College students report engaging in these behaviors, putting them at risk for STI acquisition and transmission.” (Habel, Coor, Beltran, et al., 2018)

Would your findings be different if you approached your interviewees through:
the managing director, the personnel manager, the shop stewards’ committee, the
