A recent survey reported that 40% of respondents said their job was stressful or extremely stressful. Stress levels of employees is a major concern for supervisors.
1. Research and select an article that discusses ways supervisors or those in leadership positions can help alleviate stress among their workers.
2. Provide a synopsis of the article including methods/steps to take.
3. Include whether you believe they would work and why.
4. Include the link to the article.

Pages 379-384 cover the topic of conflict. Page 382-383 focus specifically on choosing an appropriate resolution technique starting with your preferred conflict styles.
