The benefits are evident in five areas: IT costs, IT responsiveness, risk management, managerial satisfaction, and strategic business outcomes” (Ross, Weill, Robertson 92-93).
In your own words, share or indicate in a response how EA benefits one or more of these areas the authors of Enterprise Architecture as Strategy have stated in the above quote. Be sure to include an example to support your reasoning.
