When building relationships it is always good to keep these in mind, but if you choose to talk to others about this or your beleifs then do it outside of the school setting. It is good when you see others at a church function or something else, this way you know what their beleifs are. We can all beleive what we want, we just can not force anyone to beleive the same as us. And the ones that have different veleifs we must respect them for their choices. Building relationships with students and their families does not mean that you all must believe in the same things. Sometimes it is different to experience what others beleive in as well and to keep an open mind. Comment as you see fit. Min 30 words or more
