You are required to conduct a systematic review and write a technical report on ONE industry challenge as encountered in one of the following construction projects in Australia: • Construction Quality – Case Study of Opal Tower in Sydney Olympic Park; OR • Construction Safety – Case Study of CBD and South East Light Rail in Sydney. Your report will be a maximum of 6 pages in length, including: 1. Introduction (about half a page) – Background of the study, introduction to the selected industry challenge, and structure of the report. 2. Review of Australian Standards and Codes (about one page) – High-level summary on Australian Standards and codes that are relevant to your study. 3. Case Study (about 2 pages) – Extensive review on the selected case project, including project background, facts and reasons of the problems, and remedy measures undertaken. 4. Best Practice in Construction (about 1.5 pages) – Review on local and international best practice on managing the selected challenge in construction, and future development opportunities in Australia
