Hi there, Im currently studying a bachelors degree of law and society. And am doing CRIM3301, law, trauma and crime.
I have a research project at the moment that needs to do done by May, and I am needing a good grade, however im already stuck as CRIM is not my best subject..
I am looking at two case studies, and the suffering in miscarriage of justice.
However, I need guding questions that are creative and interesting, but when it comes to thinking outside the box, i seem to struggle.
I have a couple basic ones, but I want to expand on these:
Why is it problematic?
It what ways do people suffer a miscarriage of justice?
Possible to change? ( legal mechanisms)
and I will be drawing on 3 case studies.
How can I expand on these? what are some better questions I could use?

For this part of the assessment you execute your research plan — modifying or adapting it as the need arises — and produce a research document of the stipulated length. Issues of style and presentation are flexible. but you should you write your findings up in some sort of essay format. You should aim to answer the research questions posed in the original plan (or the revised questions). but you can also explore other interesting issues that arise in the course of conducting your research.
Some Tips for executing your research essay
• While executing your research plans, you may realise that some points are more / less important and need more / less emphasis: that’s fine. • New materials may add a different approach to your arguments: that’s fine too, but attention should be paid to relevance of new materials. • You may want to change the original title of your research essay (if, when completed, it no longer matches the original title you nominated in the proposal. then that’s fine) • An analytical approach is the right method of execution: try to avoid overly descriptive paragraphs. repetition of ideas or superfluous information. • The researching/thinking/writing time required for your essay proposal is not comparable to the time required for your essay. Even if you received a good mark for your research proposal, do consider that the task in hand now —executing the proposal — is different and

[ANSWERED] Competency Analyze and interpret perceptual elements of visual media communication to identify…
Competency
Analyze and interpret perceptual elements of visual media communication to identify effective visual messages.
Scenario
You have been hired by a large law enforcement agency to analyze the images used on advertising billboards in both urban and suburban regions. The billboards visually display a new campaign message to improve neighborhood safety.
During your analysis, you find that the images used on billboards in the urban areas are exactly the same as the images used in the suburban areas. Both images show parents happily talking with law enforcement officers while children run over green lawns having a fun balloon fight. You decide that these images are not sending proper perceptual messages. You decide to create a visual analysis video for the law enforcement agency to share with the administration
For the video visual analysis, you realize you will need to find two new images that are quite different from one another. One image will be used on the urban billboard, and the other image will be used on the suburban billboard. In your video presentation, you will compare and contrast how each image utilizes the following:
Compare and contrast the visual elements of cultural familiarity. Explain why it is important to use culturally familiar visuals that are quite different in the urban and suburban billboard images. Include specific visuals in your visual analysis.
Identify specific visual examples of the following cognitive elements: memories, experiences, and expectation. Compare and contrast how urban and suburban viewers may be affected differently by those specific cognitive visual elements.
Explain the difference between urban and suburban viewers’ emotionally engagement with each of the billboard images.
Identify visual semiotic codes in both images: metonymic, analogical, displaced, and condensed. Discuss the importance of using these codes. Include specific visuals in each part of your visual analysis.
As you outline your ideas for the video, you decide to record your verbal analysis while analyzing the two visuals in less than seven minutes for added clarity.

How do two playwrights reflect the goals and aspirations of the Harlem Renaissance when considering matriarchal versus patriarchal points of view? Your essay should contain a narrative that explains your viewpoint about Marxism and Neoclassical-Marxism that results in portrayals of two plays, “A Raisin in the Sun” (Hansberry) and “Fences” (Wilson). Your analysis should be filtered through Aristotle’s “Parts of the Play” for specific comments that support your narrative.
