For this project you will be creating an application that allows a user to Create and View info about countries. Your app will consist of three(3)ViewControllers each with a specific task.
Each Country will be located on one of the 6 inhabited continents of Earth. So, for instance, if I wanted to create Germany in my application, Germany will be associated with the continent of Europe. Each country must belong to a continent.
You DO NOT have to fill in the information for every country on Earth. The user of your application will be filling in country data. You will provide them a way to do so which includes setting up 6 continents which will contain a list of countries. Each country will consist of a name and a population. All of your data must reside in one variable which will be a Dictionary of Continent Names for Keys. The values for this dictionary will be Dictionaries with country names for Keys and Country populations for Values. In simpler terms: A list of Continents contains lists of countries and their associated populations.
All of the population data displayed for continents and countries must be derived from data that the user has created. If I create Country A with a pop. of 10 and country B with a pop. of 20 both on the continent of Asia. Asia’s current total pop is 30. By default, the entire dictionary should be empty; the user of the application will populate all of the data.
Part 1: Data Model
A data model should exist that describes all of the countries in the world as a series of dictionaries that exist within a larger dictionary of continents – a dictionary of dictionaries, if you will. “Data model” just refers to the way that you model your data; you don’t need a separate class or anything like that. It’s merely the way that data is handled in your application.
The data model can and should be empty by default
Only the relevant continent or country information should be passed forward and backwards from the various ViewControllers; there should be no need to pass the entire world dictionary to each view controller
The data model is NOT a separate file but rather exists within the existing ViewController(s)
Part 2: First ViewController
A Button for each populated continent.
When tapped, takes the user to Second View Controller, to display info for the chosen Continent.
A Label to display the entire World’s number of countries and total population as a whole.
e.g. “There are X countries in the entire world, with a total population of Y people.”
This data is dynamically updated based on the current state of the dictionary at all times.
Part 3: Second ViewController
A UILabel at the top with the name of the Selected Continent
Will display the selected Continent’s information in a UITextView:
Displays total number of countries and total population of the continent currently.
Name & population of each country associated with the continent.
e.g. “The United States has a population of 300000000 people.”
Two navigational buttons
An “Add Country” Button that takes the user to Third View Controller
A “Go Back” Button that takes the user back to First View Controller
Part 4: Third ViewController
UI necessary for creating a new country using input for:
Country Name and Country Population
An “Add” Button that adds the current info to the current continent in the form of a new country.
After the new country has been added, the user is taken back to the Second View Controller to see the update to the selected Continent.
If one or both fields do not have valid data, the segue should be prevented and an appropriate alert displayed to the user about the error
There should be a “Cancel” or “Back” Button that segues back to the Second View Controller without attempting to add any new data to the Dictionary.
If the keyboard blocks the navigation buttons and cannot be dismissed, this will be evaluated as a crash in the application.

Wassmiah is a leader in a local hospital and works well in the environment. The hospital’s environment is characterized by well-defined individual roles where each employee knows what is expected of him or her. Employee conflicts are minimized as everyone understands his or her responsibility, and the coordination of all activities leads to goal attainment. There is no duplication of work. Wassmiah encourages people to perform well and rewards positive behavior to boost productivity. Most goals Wassmiah sets are short-term, making them easier to fulfill, less intimidating to achieve, and as a result, employees are interested in obtaining the various rewards. When a problem arises, Wassmiah directs the employees in what to do and is quick to point out if the employee does not deliver results. Wassmiah suspects that employees are not working when there is no supervision however. What style of leadership is most likely described in the case and why have you reached that conclusion? What are the advantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the disadvantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the implications for employee motivation with this type of leadership? What other styles of leadership might be complementary to that described in the case and why? Directions: • Write an essay that includes an introduction paragraph, the essay’s body, and a conclusion paragraph to address the assignment’s guide questions. Do not address the questions using a question and answer format. Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements: • Be three to five pages in length, which does not include the title page, abstract or required reference page, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements. • Use Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines. • Support your submission with course material concepts, principles and theories from the textbook and at least two current, scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles. Current articles are those published in the most recent 5 years. • It is strongly encouraged that you submit all assignments to the Turnitin Originality Check prior to submitting it to your instructor for grading. If you are unsure how to submit an assignment to the Originality Check tool, review the Turnitin Originality Check – Student Guide for step-by-step instructions. • In advance of submission, review the grading rubric to see how you will be graded for this assignment.

Kenney and Finckenauer have written in their book on Organized Crime in America that to be considered organized crime an organization must 1) be non-ideological, 2) be organized with a
continuing hierarchy
, 3) limit or restrict its membership, 4) engage in or threaten violence, 5) engage in corruption, 6) address an unmet public demand, 7) be monopolistic, and 8) utilize extensive planning for its operations. Further, the organization must not just commit crime, but must exist primarily to profit from crime.
With that in mind, watch the documentary “Gangland: Devil’s Fire” on the Pagan’s MC in Philadelphia (URLs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDSexPd0phY) and read the attached chapter on piracy from the Kenney and Finckenauer book and discuss and compare whether either of these antisocial activities constitutes organized crime. As we move towards questions of enforcement, what do we have to learn from either phenomenon? Why did either come to exist and what might effectively contribute to their demise — especially the early pirates who nearly vanished completely. -

18–6 Refunding AnalysisJan Volk, financial manager of Green Sea Transport (GST), has been askedby her boss to review GST’s outstanding debt issues for possible bond re?funding. Five years ago, GST issued $40,000,000 of 11%, 25-year debt. Theissue, with semiannual coupons, is currently callable at a premium of 11%,or $110 for each $1,000 par value bond. Flotation costs on this issue were6%, or $2,400,000.Volk believes that GST could issue 20-year debt today with a coupon rateof 8%. The firm has placed many issues in the capital markets during the last10 years, and its debt flotation costs are currently estimated to be 4% of theissue’s value. GST’s federal-plus-state tax rate is 40%.

Overview
This is the first part of a two-part assignment. This part is worth 21% of your final grade for
IFB104. Part B will be worth a further 4%. Part B is intended as a last-minute extension to
the assignment, thereby testing the maintainability of your solution to Part A and your ability
to work under time pressure. The instructions for completing Part B will not be released until
Week 12. Whether or not you complete Part B you will submit only one solution, and receive
only one mark, for the whole 25% assignment.
This a complex and challenging assignment. If you are unable to solve the whole problem,
submit whichever parts you can get working. You will receive partial marks for incomplete
solutions.
Motivation
The way we consume news has changed dramatically in recent years. The days of morning
and afternoon home newspaper deliveries are long gone. Where readers were once restricted
to a handful of local news sources, we now have a bewildering range of online options from
around the world. Most newspapers, radio and television stations now make their news services available online, in addition to new purely online news services. Making sense of this
cacophony is a challenge.
One response is news aggregation services. These allow readers to create their own news
channels by mixing their preferred news sources together into a single stream. In this assignment you will create your own news aggregation application in Python. Your program
will have a Graphical User Interface that allows its user to select how many stories they want
to see from each source and then export an HTML document containing the selected stories.
This document can be examined in a standard web browser or printed as a hardcopy.
This “capstone” assignment is designed to incorporate all of the concepts taught in IFB104.
To complete it you will need to: (a) use Tkinter to create an interactive Graphical User Interface; (b) download web documents using a Python script and use pattern matching to extract
specific elements from them; and (c) generate an HTML document that integrates the extracted elements, presenting them in an attractive, easy-to-read format.
Goal
Your aim in this assignment is to develop an interactive “app” which allows its users to select
how many news stories they want to see from several different news sources. There must be
at least four different sources, two of them “live” news feeds and two “archives” of previously-downloaded news items. Most importantly, the two online web documents from which
you get your “live” news must be ones that are updated on a continuous basis (at least daily
but preferably much more often) so your program needs to be resilient to changes in the
source documents. These two news sources must also come from different

Leadership Style
However, Wassmiah suspects that employees are not working when there is no supervision.
What style of leadership is most likely described in this case and why have you reached that conclusion? What are the advantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the disadvantages of this type of leadership and what examples from the case support your position? What are the implications for employee motivation with this type of leadership? What other styles of leadership might be complementary to that described in the case and why?
