“Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.”
Talent is something we can’t obtain, It is something we born with and everyone have a unique talent or something. Success doesn’t come easy if we are not working very hard for that, and I have found this from my uncle’s experiences and in also our life. Before success coming to your life he can take a year, the work is not there it will never come.
First of all, I will also say talent is not everything because when you know your goal, you believing in yourself and work for that objective you are looking for. Knowing your target is key to your success. For example, My uncle is a chef in the hotel and when is cooking sometimes even though he has not enough ingredients he can create something with what he got. He loves so much what is doing that every day is trying to improve and give him some goals he wants to reach.
Secondly, When you trust yourself you will have the successful life you are looking for. everyone always gives a compliment to my uncle to tell him that his doing a great job because he likes what he is doing. Due to that, he started to believe in himself and nothing or nobody can’t deceive him for something he knows his value. People are not talented everywhere but we all have somewhere where we are talented.
Next, people are working to get success in their life. The talented make people different and special. Some people at school have this talent to remember everything when the teacher is talking and others can’t remember easily. Not everyone has this kind of memory and capacity to do it. It makes them different from talented people.
In conclusion, I will say “Talent is cheaper than table salt” mean the talented his inside in you we can’t pay for that. Moreover, We don’t know how much the talent cost. If you keep showing up and keep putting in the work each day for sure success will come or maybe you will know where you are gifted and to know the success you have in you.

[ANSWERED] Being a leader can be very difficult whether one has been…
Being a leader can be very difficult whether one has been one or not. When it comes to two groups coming together to merge one team can be both positive and negative. Two groups of different personalities, work styles as well as leadership responsibilities can change and challenge the whole structure of the section. If done in a positive way change can be good for everyone involved.
Communicating with the incoming manager is necessary for a successful merger. Getting their viewpoint of how his/her team’s works, who does what on the incoming team, any personality or cultural issues are important to know about.
When it comes to short-term issues how the employees are going to be incorporated into the new section. What type of training needs to be done for the new people? What are the overall goals of the section? Will the supervisor need to change their leadership style based on the amount of personnel they are now responsible for? Since there are new employees they would possibly have to go to a directive leadership role to let them know what their tasks are etc. (Martin, 2012)
Long term issues may include negativity with the change of the group dynamic, how the employees may or may not get along with each other and the new supervisor, decisions on whether individuals will be retained or

[ANSWERED] For this assessment you are required to solve a c…
For this assessment you are required to solve a conflict between two parties at a company where you are employed as a manager. • Both parties are subordinates at a similar level; • Each is in charge of a team of four employees tasked with increasing sales within a particular geographical region. Employee A approached you as she felt left out of important communication and decision making which affects her ability to carry out her job. She felt that this was due to underlying hostility from Employee B, and that she was deliberately being left out of meetings and e-mail communications. Employee B, however, argues that he always ensures to invite Employee A to any relevant meeting, but that she always claims to have scheduling conflicts which means she can’t attend. Moreover, he says that any e-mail communication that she has been left out of either isn’t relevant to her, or pertains to meetings, which she has missed. Inviting both employees to a private meeting to resolve the situation results in vociferous arguments that quickly turn into personal attacks: Employee A claims that Employee B is trying to freeze her out due to personal differences, while Employee B retorts that Employee A is lazy and trying to place the blame of her failing team on him. The question is how do you, as a manager, resolve this issue? How would you approach the communications to reach a resolution and why would you opt for that approach?
