Descriptive Statistics
For this assignment, you will imagine that you are a Human Resources Director for a municipal government, which has amerit-based hiring system for entry-level and promotional position in your municipality, and you will calculate descriptive statistics using a set of hypothetical data. See the file attached above for specific details and the grading criteria that will be used for this assignment.
• Comply with APA guidelines pertaining to margins (1 inch), font size and style (12 point Arial or Times New Roman), title and reference pages and source attributions within the memo.
• No more than four pages in length.
• Charts and/or graphs should be created in Excel and inserted into the body of your memo.
