The nurse caring for Doris spent time talking with both Doris and Peter. During the conversation, Peter identified that he had problems with his memory too and sometimes got lost when driving home Worn the shops and couldn’t find his way home. The image most people have of Cleopatra comes from her depiction in movies, mainly those produced in Hollywood. Most of us are more than satisfied with that image and are willing to adopt it. However, a critical examination 1) of past events, 2) of piecing things together, and 3) of reference to primary sources, is most likely to shatter that image of Cleopatra. What do theprimary sources tell us thatHollywood fails to or refuses to tell us? -

For this assignment, you’ll be writing about a different dialect of your field language. In a
paragraph or two:
• Remind the reader of the name and location of your field language.
• Give a sentence or two explaining what you’re doing for this assignment – you’re
introducing a separate group of people who speak a slightly different dialect from the one
you’ve spent most of your time documenting. Provide a brief definition of the term
dialect and discuss what it means for two dialects to be mutually intelligible. For this
paper, you’ll be explaining some of the phonological differences between your dialects
(i.e. they pronounce things differently), and some of the lexical differences between your
dialects (i.e. they use different words for things), so be sure your intro section also
explains what it means for dialects to differ from one another in these ways.

John is a 36-year old man who has a lengthy history of heroin use. He has been staying at the homeless shelter that you work at for the past month. John has been to rehab clinics a few times and has recently relapsed. John is quite distressed about it. You have formed a close working relationship in which he was able to discuss his thoughts and feelings openly and with some degree of honesty. During a conversation with you. John made the comment that ‘life wasn’t worth living’, that ‘it was all too much’ and ‘I’m shit, just a junkie. No one will miss me’.
When you tried to gently challenge this thinking, John discloses that he is planning to end his life soon. John request you to keep the information confidential.

Vicki, a family welfare centre case worker sees Eric an 8-year-old boy for the first time with his parents. His parents described “hyperactive” behaviour and a propensity to get into trouble.
The meeting today was at the request of the family, to provide additional material support to the family. When Vicki meets with the family, she notes that Eric actually appears to be withdrawn and there was little eye contact between Eric and his parents and at times he appeared to physically shrink away from his father. Vicki does not see any evidence of hyperactive behaviour, Vicki does note several severe bruises on Eric’s arms and legs, which Eric’s mother states are a result of rough play. Family also state that they are in financial distress at the moment but hope that situation will change when Eric’s father finds a job soon. Vicki also becomes aware that the father lost his job due to drug use.
