Your team has recently been appointed as Project Manager by ABC University for the
delivery of the Victoria Parade Development Project. As Project Manager you are required
to prepare a comprehensive ‘Project Management Plan’ (PMP) for the successful delivery of
the project and secure client approval of same before implementation.
This PMP is your first significant project ‘deliverable’ and should communicate your
intentions for an effective planning and control framework to guide the successful delivery of
    this project.
It is expected that the Project Manager will submit and present the PMP in draft format to
the client. Following client feed back the Project Manager shall make appropriate changes
and resubmit the final PMP for client approval and implementation.
The objective of a successful PMP is that it clearly sets out a plan for the effective
‘management’ of the project and can be clearly communicated to the project team, the client
and relevant project stakeholders. Marks will be discounted for padding or excessive detail
as this would reduce the Project Manager’s ability to get buy in and ownership of the PMP
    by the project team/stakeholders.
you did exercise 1 and 2 last semester. This is exercise 3 now.
For this group assignment, we have to work further on behalf of the winner submission group assignment from last semester students, I got that file from my friends and attached it below with the name winner group. Just have a look at that first.
I need a risk management plan, which will cover the risk parts in rubrics attached below which includes a risk register, identify key risk areas as per different categories, strategies to mitigate risk, manage or allocate identified risks.
Our last assignment is attached below which we did in last semester, use that structure for a risk management plan.

  • [ANSWERED] find out about these statistics here in Australia the solar any study from solar form second if…

So basically I building robot to clean the solar panels however, I am struggle to understand that the situation in Australia and the weather over there, we need to find previous experiments on dust coverage on solar panels (independent variable) and deduce the output efficiency loss (dependent variable).
If we can make this quantifiable in SI Units that would be awesome.
The tricky part I think is quantifying the dust coverage.
    THE DIFFICLTY
finding quantifiable data will be difficult for a few reasons.
1- we need to find out about these statistics here in Australia the solar any study from solar form second if we do not have any study we can use another study or statics that have the same environment at NSW Australia
    1. Dust is dependent on location in terms of amount, wind category or “type” (I.e red sand in the outback might have different effects compared to agricultural dust in terms of coverage)
    2. “Dust coverage” isn’t just that, it could a combination of fuel, animal droppings or similar objects which makes finding a study difficult (if you can’t find much with dust have a look at ‘soiling losses’ )
    3. Those soiling losses are usually found/investigated by companies that will be responsible for signing contracts with clients so it may not be fully disclosed online (not saying it will not be online, but it might be difficult)

For the following assignment, you are asked to develop an instructional design document, in APA 6th edition format, that reflects the integration of instructional media into an instructional design that supports your organization’s education or training strategy. Your Instructional Design Document must discuss your organization’s training or education strategy for a selected learning environment. Since organizations have diverse learning needs based upon their learners, curriculum, course objectives, etc., select either a K–12, higher education, corporate/business, or military or government learning environment that best represents the organization for which you are developing an instructional media plan. You should identify, describe, and evaluate a different instructional medium that could be used to support your organization’s instructional media plan. The Instructional Design Document should include the following: ? A description of the selected learning environment and your population of learners (e.g., K–12 students or adult learners). ? Explanation of whether the learning environment is primarily synchronous, asynchronous, or a combination of both. ? Accessibility issues such as geographic location (i.e., dispersion of students) ? Infrastructure to support technology (e.g., administrative, help desk, information systems dept., etc.). ? Technological constraints that could affect access (e.g., bandwidth issues, hardware/software limitations, cost, etc.). ? Instructional issues (e.g., learning objectives, interactivity, instructional strategies, cognitive learning strategies, complexity of content, rate of content change, etc.). ? Evaluation of instructional media mix. ? Description of the most appropriate medium or combination of media used to support your organization’s instructional media plan based on the above criteria.
