The following case study is a typical example of information you may collect in a clinical consultation (see case study below). Using the case notes provided, you are to use a constitutional approach to analyse the patient’s information using Humoural Theory (weeks 1 – 4) and write a 1000 word essay based on the patients case. In your essay, you are to identify the client’s constitution and discuss the presenting signs/symptoms relevant to the constitutional imbalance. Once the imbalance has been addressed, you are to formulate some recommended lifestyle and dietary strategies aimed at restoring the imbalance and produce a recipe. Your recipe should aim to restore the imbalance and should be included within your appendix. The following questions are provided to guide your essay. You should be accessing traditional and current information on humoural and humoural associated traditional medicine practices i.e. Unani Tibb, traditional galenic and humoural texts/herbal resources, psychology and lecture-referenced websites, not lecture slides. Information requires APA referencing. You may access APA referencing guidelines under the library tab on the LMS. Additional resources may be posted to the loop forum through the semester so you may use these.

What was the difference between “virtual” and “actual” representation? Put another way, what was the difference between the British and the Americans on this question?
What was the difference between the Americans and British on the question of what a “constitution” was? What does it have to do with sovereignty (or power)? And how did the American resolve the problem the debate raised?
