Requirment:
Take one of the assignments from last week and massage it into a better looking e-mail message. One message per group.
What you need is a salutation, opening paragraph, a subheading or two, and a closing and call for action. Imagine that you are sending the message to your boss at work. And, even if that boss isn’t fussy about format you need to use your formal language and format. Your boss might send this message along to other managers or coworkers.

Scenario Week 8
Patient is a 24-year-old female administrative assistant who comes to the emergency department with a chief complaint of severe right-sided headache. She states that this is the sixth time in the last 2 months she has had this headache. She says the headaches last 2–3 days and have impacted her ability to concentrate at work. She complains of nausea and has vomited three times in the last 3 hours. She states, “the light hurts my eyes.” She rates her pain as a 10/10 at this time. Ibuprofen and acetaminophen ease her symptoms somewhat but do not totally relieve them. No other current complaints.
Assignment (1- to 2-page case study analysis)
In your Case Study Analysis related to the scenario provided, explain the following:
· Both the neurological and musculoskeletal pathophysiologic processes that would account for the patient presenting these symptoms.
· Any racial/ethnic variables that may impact physiological functioning.
· How these processes interact to affect the patient. -

Jacoby claims in paragraph 2 that she “believes…in an absolute interpretation of the First Amendment.” What does such an interpretation involve? Would it permit shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater even though the shouter knows there is no fire? Would it permit shouting racist insults at blacks or immigrant Vietnamese? Spreading untruths about someone’s past? If the “absolutist” interpretation of the First Amendment does permit these statements, does that argument show that nothing is morally wrong with uttering them? (Does the First Amendment, as actually interpreted by the Supreme Court today, permit any or all of these daims?

Poetry Paper Assignment Choose one or more of the poems available. Decide which literary terms are necessary in order to understand the poem. Create an analytical thesis about the poem. Write an essay in which you explain to an uninformed reader what the poem means and which literary/poetic techniques were used to relay that meaning to you. Be sure to define terms and use specific supporting evidence from the poem(s) in question. If you choose to compare the poem to the writer’s life, make sure you have supporting evidence for how you know that poet’s life. And, if you use such support, make sure you document it appropriately. The paper must be a minimum of 1000 words and use specific supporting evidence.==APA Style- I have attached a packet of poems from my instructor as well as other poetry information we have used in class.

Write an additional 2,000-2,250 words using the data in the “Interpreting Test Results” resource to create a set of reports in which you interpret the test results and make recommendations about each of the three fictional clients tested. Your reports should be developed for delivery to the leader in each of the respective settings. This section should flow naturally from the revised paper. So, you may also need to revise your introduction and thesis statement to allow the ideas to connect. Each report should include the following:
1.A synopsis of the reliability and validity of the test administered.
2. Private notes that describe your thought process for analyzing and drawing conclusions from the test data and the client’s situation. Note: This section represents your private notes and may be presented as a bulleted list.
3. Recommendations for the leader in which you provide an overview of the client and situation, describe your conclusions, and make your formal recommendations. Note: This is a more formal statement and should exhibit a professional tone and writing style.
